If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase we will give you a 30 day money-back guarantee from the date of your order.
If you are returning HomyPed shoes because you have orderd the wrong size, we will swap or credit them if they are returned in the same condition as delivered (not worn or scuffed, and are in their original packaging) but the freight costs are not refundable. Before purchase you are urged to download the foot sizing chart to ensure the correct fit.

Customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are unhappy for any reason with any product(s) you have purchased online, you may return the product(s) back to our online store within 30 days of purchase.
All items must be returned in their original condition, unworn and unmarked, and in the original packaging.
To return a product please phone or email your intent but you will be responsible for all shipping and handling charges.
If you would like to try a different size, colour or even a different item, please place your order for the new item as soon as possible to ensure they are available and then follow the returns process to return your unwanted items for a refund. Your return will be processed upon receipt of the unwanted item/s.
